Shipping and Delivery

General Information
Synronic is committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably. We ship all over India using reputable courier services such as Shree Maruti Courier, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Anjani Courier, and others to ensure your parcels are handled with care and reach you on time.

Shipping Fee and Delivery Time
Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 80 per order.

Delivery Time: Approximately 5 to 6 days. While we strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Invoicing
As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

Order Processing
Same Day Shipping: 99% of orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are shipped on the same day, excluding public holidays.

Next Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

Sunday Orders: Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday, except on public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the docket number (tracking number) and the courier partner’s details, which will be shared with you when your parcel is shipped. Simply log on to the respective courier partner’s website to track your shipment.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
Eligibility: COD is available for orders above Rs. 499.

Charges:

Orders between Rs. 500 and Rs. 999 will incur a charge of Rs. 100.

Orders above Rs. 1000 will incur a charge of Rs. 80.

Limit: The COD limit is Rs. 4000.

Local Store Pickup
We offer a local store pickup option where you can directly pick up the order from our store. You can also arrange for pickup through WeFast, Porter, or any other service. Please note:

Synronic is not responsible for any loss, delays, or damage to the package when using third-party pickup services.

Synronic is not liable to pay any charges to the pickup partner.

It is advisable to use a trusted partner for delivery and to choose the local store pickup option if the delivery location is nearby.
