Refund and Returns Policy

Canceling an Order
You want it canceled? You can ask us (info@synronic.com) to cancel your order or update an address. Our team member will get back to you by email within 1 or 2 business days regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter or cancel it.

In some cases, order cancellation may attract a 5% bank charge depending on the payment methods used by the customer. (This is because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is canceled and refunded.)

Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. Synronic reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we accept limited returns and refunds. The conditions where we can accept a return or process a refund are as follows:

Damaged or Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a damaged shipment or a product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery, supported by proper pictures/videos, and share the details along with your order number on info@synronic.com. Our team will inspect and provide a replacement or complete refund if the case is accepted.

Please note that in case of a refund, the timeline for the refund to credit into your account can be around 5 working days. The amount will be credited back to the same account/card from where the payment was made.

Limitation of Return & Refund
We don’t accept returns for products damaged by improper use.

We don’t accept returns if the ordered product is not fit for any specific application. Please read the product specifications and datasheet before selecting and ordering a product.

Return and refund claims will be strictly denied in the following cases:

Altered or Damaged Condition: If the item has been altered, soldered, or modified in any way that it is no longer in its original condition.

Late Claims: Claims made more than 3 days after the goods have been received will not be accepted.

Lack of Proof for Manufacturing Defects: Customers must provide clear evidence of a manufacturing defect to make a valid claim. These are highly technical products and not simple plug-and-play items. Proper knowledge is required for their use. Damage caused by improper use, such as burning or malfunctioning due to incorrect handling, will not be eligible for return or refund. Clear proof of the defect must be submitted for any claim.
